Tour Days
Join us for a fascinating two-hour guided tour led by one of our experienced team members.
In groups of up to 30 guests, you’ll have the opportunity to meet some of our permanent residents in their near-natural enclosures and gain an insight into our life-saving rescue and rehabilitation work.
Your visit will end with the chance to relax in our undercover café area and enjoy a complimentary hot drink, included in your ticket price. Please note that refreshments are served at the end of the tour only.
Important information
Tours are not suitable for children under 8. Unfortunately, no younger children or babies can attend.
Tickets are £13.50 per person, regardless of age or membership status.

| 10:15 | Welcome talk in the café area |
| 10:30 | Resident talk Meet one of our animal ambassadors – this may include a raven, jay, badger or tawny owl, depending on the weather and who’s feeling sociable |
| 11am | Hedgehog talk Learn more about our most iconic patients and how we care for them every day |
| 11:30 | Break with complimentary hot drink |
| 12pm | Tiggywinkles ‘behind the scenes’ slideshow Go deeper into our rescue, rehabilitation and release work |
| 12:45 | Free time to explore Wander the rest of the centre at your own pace. A member of the team will be available to answer questions and share more about our residents |
| 4pm | Visitor Centre closes |
