Public Tours 2026

Join us for a fascinating two-hour guided tour led by one of our experienced team members. In groups of up to 30 guests, you’ll have the opportunity to meet some of our permanent residents in their near-natural enclosures and gain an insight into our life-saving rescue and rehabilitation work.

Your visit will end with the chance to relax in our undercover café area and enjoy a complimentary hot drink, included in your ticket price. Please note that refreshments are served at the end of the tour only.

Important information

Tours are not suitable for children under 8. Unfortunately, no younger children or babies can attend.

Tickets are £13.50 per person, regardless of age or membership status.
